Our food director, Tom Gore, has been talking to Catering Today about the rise and ever changing face of private dining.

This is something that is very close to our heart and we want to shout about it. We developed our events space The Pasteur Room to be perfectly suited to cater for modern private dining by providing outstanding food but in a more relaxed and unique environment.

The quirky surroundings complements Tom and exec chef, Andy Ritchie’s, creative menus with wines and cocktails matched by beverage team Will Irvine and Ben Fowler.
